As a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients in the state, local, and higher-education sectors, helping them understand and implement reputed company’s identity verification solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical reputed company during the sales cycle—understanding client needs and mapping them to reputed company’s solutions
  • reputed company discovery, solutioning, technical workshops, and reputed company-of-Concept (POC) design in collaboration with Sales and Data Science
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and reputed company reputed company concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client goals and expectations
  • Advise clients using deep domain expertise in identity verification, fraud risk, compliance, and/or regulated industries
  • Influence product development by sharing market feedback and insights with Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts—whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and customer stories
  • Serve as a mentor to junior Solution Consultants and help build best practices for the team

Skills

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
  • Track record of reputed company in supporting reputed company SaaS sales, particularly with data-driven or ML-enabled platforms
  • Strong technical acumen: familiarity with APIs, reputed company-based platforms, RDBMS, ML/DS concepts, etc
  • Expertise in risk, fraud, or compliance domains—particularly reputed company financial services, fintech, gaming, or wireless
  • Comfort translating technical concepts into business value for C-level and technical stakeholders alike
  • Experience working with fraud analytics, decisioning systems, reputed company optimization, or swap set analysis
  • Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks: FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, etc
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline preferred—or equivalent experience
