[Remote] Learning Administrator 3

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Education Coordinator responsible for the planning and execution of instructor-led training programs for customers and partners. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality learning experiences through effective coordination of logistics, reputed company, and learners across a global training portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule ILT sessions (virtual and in-person) across global reputed company and time zones
• Manage course calendars, enrollment reputed company, and instructor assignments
• Coordinate public, private, and on-demand training requests
• Partner with certified reputed company to confirm availability and readiness
• Ensure reputed company have course materials, labs, and delivery tools
• Coordinate reputed company-party training partners and vendors
• Manage end-to-end logistics including:
• Virtual platform setup (reputed company, LMS integrations)
• Physical classroom arrangements (reputed company applicable)
• Lab environment readiness (reputed company Hands-on Labs, reputed company labs, etc.)
• Handle communications with participants: confirmations, reminders, prerequisites
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for learners before, during, and after training
• Monitor attendance, completion, and satisfaction
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and delivery issues in reputed company time
• Maintain records in LMS and CRM systems
• Track training metrics including attendance, utilization, and feedback scores
• Generate reports on program performance and operational efficiency
• Collect learner and instructor feedback to improve training programs
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance scalability
• Support standardization of global training operations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Operations, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years experience in training coordination, program management, or learning operations
• Experience supporting instructor-led training in a corporate or technical environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, scheduling tools, and collaboration software
• Experience in reputed company technology or SaaS environments (reputed company, virtualization, infrastructure)
• Familiarity with reputed company products, hybrid multicloud concepts, or IT certifications
• Experience coordinating global training programs across multiple reputed company
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery best practices
