[Remote] Senior Manager of Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnote disclosures, and analyze publicly available disclosure and metrics to ensure alignment of external reporting with industry practices
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial results and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders
• Review and support period-end reputed company activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses
• Support reputed company, documentation, and reporting for hedging transactions
• Maintain stock-based compensation-reputed company records and prepare reputed company journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Research reputed company literature and apply technical standards from new reputed company pronouncements to produce position papers, reputed company policies and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• Active CPA license
