[Remote] Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Instructional Designer to reputed company and maintain instructional training materials. The role focuses on creating effective training programs and collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance learning and development solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development
• Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings
• Assess needs; analyze necessary reputed company and implements appropriate learning and development design solutions
• reputed company and maintain instructional training materials (Instructor-Led and eLearning) including course curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids and other content using established and effective ISD methodology. reputed company recommendations on the most effective delivery modality
• Work in partnership with subject matter experts to gather information needed to reputed company training content
• Apply best practices in online instructional design and reputed company theoretical frameworks
• reputed company training content up-to-date in a timely manner to ensure employees have most reputed company information
• Manage pre-and post-learning activities, communications and materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, updates program, and continuously improve the quality of training & development programs

• Demonstrated knowledge of key learning design concepts such as reputed company-based curriculum development, and competency-based programs
• Proficiency with course development using e-learning authoring tools, such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, 7Taps and other multimedia programs
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Word, PowerPoint, reputed company and reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
• At least three years' experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional System Design, or reputed company fields is preferred but not required
