[Remote] Director, Marketing AI & Operations

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve campaign execution, content production, and operational efficiency
• Turn one-off AI experiments into scalable, repeatable systems the team can run independently
• Measure the impact of AI initiatives on pipeline and team productivity, and scale what works

• Own end-to-end funnel performance, identifying and resolving breakdowns before they impact pipeline

Skills

• 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations
• Deep, hands-on experience with marketing tech stack, including Marketo and reputed company
• Proven track record improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation
• Experience deploying AI or automation into reputed company marketing workflows with measurable results
• Strong understanding of demand reputed company, funnel mechanics, and reputed company attribution
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically and work across teams including Marketing, BDR, reputed company Operations, and GTM teams
• Experience applying LLMs to reputed company marketing use cases
