Responsibilities
- Manage the full billing cycle including invoice preparation, prebill review, and final posting
- Review billing activity to ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal policies
- Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms and resolve submission or rejection issues
- Maintain billing data including rates, timekeepers, budgets, and client requirements
- Identify, research, and correct billing discrepancies across reputed company systems
Skills
- At least two years of full cycle legal billing experience reputed company a reputed company environment
- Proficiency with legal billing systems
- Hands on experience with electronic billing platforms and client billing rules
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple billing deadlines
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with attorneys and finance teams
