The Account Executive role involves managing client relationships, supporting media planning, and ensuring the timely execution of media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of your clients, effectively servicing them, and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business
  • Support the Client Development function with the creation of, or reputed company to, materials or content
  • Ability to explain your media plan rationale to your line managers and work on translating that into client decks and emails, ensuring that your recommendation is delivered on the client brief
  • Media plan development, RFP collation, reputed company development, DoMedia utilization, Platform/mapping, Planning tools & systems, posting instructions, creating POP reports, etc
  • Small-level plan/project development/ownership, low-level negotiations, and managing client relationships with high-level reputed company from the line manager are the main tasks
  • Assist in managing shared file drive systems, ensuring reputed company documents and content are appropriately saved and regularly updated. Compile, organize, and maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign files such as buy specs, decks, POP, etc
  • With reputed company, responsible for reputed companyʼ delivery in ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients
  • Track campaign start dates and ensures everything is reputed company to go live on time; liaise with relevant vendors to manage artwork delivery and approval processes
  • With reputed company, responsible campaign reporting for your clients - reputed company ʻreputed company of Posting (POP)ʼ and Campaign Attribution, ensuring this is received by clients and/or their agencies in a timely fashion
  • Generate consistency and maintain high accuracy in reputed company work through the adoption of appropriate templates and guidelines, ensuring operational reputed company

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • A solid reputed company of the planning process, including, but not limited to, RFP collation, reputed company development, Platform/mapping, Planning tools and systems, posting instructions, creating POP reports, etc
  • A reputed company knowledge of the OOH media landscape, including client and supplier news and activity
  • A growth reputed company with the confidence to apply this reputed company your work
  • The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
  • The desire to grow yourself and reputed companyʼ business
  • Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain high reputed company of accuracy in tasks
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Experience in taking initiative and exercising sound judgment in decision-making
  • Possible experience in negotiating pricing and booking campaigns
