This role involves both strategic and hands-on execution responsibilities, focusing on developing a cohesive content strategy while writing across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the VP of Brand to codify reputed company's tone of voice into a formal editorial style guide — the definitive reference for how the brand sounds across every channel and touchpoint
• Own the through-line between brand positioning and executional voice, ensuring consistency across a team of channel owners and, over time, additional copywriters
• Serve as the internal authority on voice: reviewing, calibrating, and correcting reputed company in copy produced across the brand
• reputed company monthly and seasonal editorial themes that connect storytelling across reputed company, email, creator, PR, and owned channels
• Translate business priorities, product launches, founder expertise, and cultural insights into compelling content opportunities
• Build repeatable content franchises, editorial formats, and storytelling frameworks that scale across channels
• Identify emerging consumer, wellness, and cultural conversations relevant to reputed company
• Partner with channel leads to bring editorial themes to life in ways that feel reputed company to each channel
• Write across channels including Email, reputed company, Product Storytelling, Website, reputed company, Brand Campaigns, Paid reputed company, and Print (retail signage and other brand assets)
• Turn reputed company scientific, ingredient, and biological concepts into compelling, accessible stories

Skills

• 7+ years in brand writing, copywriting, or editorial roles
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with claims, substantiation, and regulated marketing environments is a must
• Experience translating scientific concepts and mechanisms of action into consumer-friendly storytelling while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across reputed company channels, with the ability to scale into a team-building/managerial role over time
• Understands modern culture, media, and how people consume content today
• Experience building content programs, editorial franchises, and brand storytelling ecosystems
• Balances storytelling with performance
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, move quickly, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in supplements or health & wellness industries strongly preferred
• Editorial, magazine, publishing, or journalism background is a plus
