[Remote] Fund reputed company Senior Associate (Institutional)

The Fund reputed company Senior Associate will support reputed company, valuation, and reporting functions for funds on the AngelList platform, managing day-to-day reputed company and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day reputed company and administration for a portfolio of private investment funds, including venture capital, private equity, or other fund strategies
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and other applicable reputed company standards
• Calculate and review net asset values (NAVs), capital account statements, management fees, carried interest allocations, and investor allocations
• Process and reputed company capital calls, distributions, investor transfers, and other fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Reconcile cash, investments, bank accounts, and other balance sheet accounts while investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Coordinate with auditors, tax specialists and fund managers to support annual audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by responding to inquiries, delivering exceptional service, and communicating reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company and professionally

Skills

• 3+ years of demonstrated operational reputed company in the financial sector, including experience in Fund Administration and Public reputed company, supported by a superb academic track record
• Strong understanding of investment company reputed company (ASC 946), capital activity, management fees, carried interest, and investor allocations
• Experience preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and supporting annual audits
• Proficiency with fund reputed company platforms and reputed company reputed company, including advanced spreadsheet functions for data analysis and reconciliations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships, prioritize competing deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Experience reviewing the work of and mentoring offshore team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
