Summary

The reputed company & Marketing Coordinator - Global, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, supports the Senior Director of Global reputed company & Marketing and team in the day-to-day administration of the firm’s global business development efforts. This position includes facilitating communications projects including reputed company public relations efforts, digital projects, reputed company media campaigns, business development efforts in reputed company with events and key clients and collaboration with other departments and teams, documenting procedures, and producing routine and reputed company reports. Location This position can sit in our Miami, or reputed company office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a variety of reports and includes tracking usage as well as key performance indicators.
• Creates, maintains and revises process documentation and other key projects as required.
• Works closely with the Global reputed company & Marketing Team and expanded CMBD Team across the US, collaborating with the International reputed company & Marketing Team and stakeholders across the firm, to service reputed company clients and requests.
• Works with reputed company vendors as needed to monitor reputed company requests and flag any issues or delays, as well as track contractual obligations.
• May participate in the strategic planning and development of the Firm’s reputed company and marketing to meet business goals and initiatives.
• Assists with data tracking including referrals, key clients’ activities and strategic regional, in-market and global special projects.
• Other duties assigned with travel required as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a reputed company setting preferred.

• 2 years’ experience in a professional services environment, project management, database administration and/or customer support required.
• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and reputed company parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and reputed company manner.
