[Remote] Account Manager - Existing Customers

They are seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring they understand the full reputed company of services offered and driving customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing TWE Solutions accounts; serve as the primary reputed company of contact across IT, reputed company, procurement, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders

• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across TWE Solutions' full service portfolio: managed services, cybersecurity, networking, reputed company, licensing, infrastructure, software, and AI-enabled solutions
• Expand relationships reputed company accounts by engaging new stakeholders, uncovering emerging initiatives, and connecting customers with the right TWE Solutions resources

Skills

• 3+ years in account management, reputed company, or B2B client services, with a track record of growing existing accounts

• Strong organizational discipline, communication, and follow-through
• Proficiency with CRM systems; comfort adopting AI tools to improve productivity and account planning
• Experience in technology, managed services, cybersecurity, reputed company, networking, or IT services strongly preferred
• Familiarity with renewals, quotes, proposals, vendor procurement, or reputed company a plus
