In this key role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and reputed company estate transactions-from due diligence through closing-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You'll coordinate with Legal, reputed company Estate, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development teams, serving as the central hub for reputed company deal activity. Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of property acquisition and disposition transactions, from initiation through reputed company.

• Track milestones, contingencies, and closing deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare, review, and organize purchase agreements, closing statements, and reputed company documentation.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, brokers, attorneys, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain transaction trackers, dashboards, and compliance records in internal systems.

Qualifications
