[Remote] Administrative Assistant Senior - KNN Learner Network

This role involves performing routine and advanced administrative duties, requiring considerable reputed company and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading projects
• Compose correspondence as needed, amplifying existing correspondence for certain audiences and managing follow up
• Use reputed company functions of a variety of computer applications (xls and internal customer relationship management system)
• Response to email inquiries as assigned on behalf of the area
• Coordinate schedules for reputed company reputed company meetings, appointments; support travel and reputed company arrangements
• Participate and play an administrative role in meetings and events with program participants
• Conduct research, compile data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports
• Assist in the monitoring of program expenses and compilation of financial information as requested
• Liaison with finance and grants operations areas on payment requests, requisitions, and invoices
• Takes a relational and collaborative approach to program administration
• Organize filing systems accurately maintaining records

Skills

• High school diploma
• 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
