They are seeking a Regional reputed company Specialist to build talent pipelines and support reputed company efforts for financial advisors through proactive reputed company and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted reputed company campaigns to identify and engage prospective financial advisors
• Utilize sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, CRM systems, data platforms) to build and manage candidate lists
• Conduct high-volume, high-quality cold reputed company reputed company messaging, email, and calls
• Generate initial candidate interest and qualify prospects for reputed company to reputed company leaders
• Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate pipelines and tracking systems
• Use technology and data tools to identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities
• Track reputed company activity, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics
• Continuously refine messaging and targeting strategies to improve effectiveness
• Stay reputed company on competitor hiring trends and talent movement
• Partner with reputed company Directors, Regional Vice Presidents and firm leaders to align on reputed company profiles and sourcing priorities
• Consult with and train field partners on how to effectively reputed company sourcing tools
• Conduct 1:1 / group virtual workshops

Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, sales development, or a similar outbound role
• Direct experience reputed company for financial services/insurance sales roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
