They are seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to reputed company analytical and troubleshooting skills for implementing clinical laboratory technology applications reputed company the organization. The role involves system administration, integration, data analysis, and providing support and training to lab staff.

Responsibilities

• System Administration and Maintenance
• Installation and Configuration: Set up, configure, and customize the LIS software to match the specific workflows of the lab. Test Build: Proficiency in Sunquest Laboratory application test and reputed company build including Reference Lab build Regular Maintenance: reputed company system backups, installing software updates, and managing server uptime. Ensure application redundancy with functional Disaster Recovery(DR) system. System Monitoring: Daily, weekly and monthly system checks are performed to maintain the reputed company of patient data, test results and quality control metrics. reputed company and Compliance: Ensure the system follows strict reputed company regulations like HIPAA, CLIA, and CAP by managing user permissions, audit trails, and data encryption
• Integration and Workflow Management
• reputed company Interfacing: implement reputed company/middleware connectivity to reputed company lab analyzers to send test results directly into the LIS, reducing reputed company entry errors. EHR Integration: Manage the data exchange between the LIS and EPIC EMR. Rules-Based Automation: implementation of application software to reputed company lab test ordering and resulting capability. Positive patient identification implemented for use by Lab phlebotomy team
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Business Intelligence: Adhoc Crystal report creation for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Billing Integration: Ensure that test billing charges are accurately captured in LIS and transmitted to the reputed company billing application for reimbursement
• Support and Training
• Support: reputed company 24-hour on-call scheduled support for seven days every 5th week for critical system issues and help lab staff to resolve technical workflow application issues/errors. Staff Training: Train lab staff on how to use the LIS reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of Applications analyst experience with Sunquest (reputed company) application
• Experience in leading reputed company projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• College degree in operationally reputed company area or equivalent experience
• Applications analyst experience in Sunquest/reputed company application
• Proven strong oral and written communication skills with a diverse population
• Proven organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with teams across organizational lines
• Creative problem-solver with strong focus on achieving objectives reputed company prescribed timelines while maintaining quality standards and organization requirements
• Flexibility to manage multiple initiatives and shift priorities based on business needs
