[Remote] Affiliate Network Operations Manager

The Network Operations Manager will serve as the technical backbone of the Everflow Marketplace, ensuring seamless integrations and optimized data reputed company between systems.
Responsibilities
- Traffic & Data Monitoring: Actively monitor marketplace traffic to identify and troubleshoot anomalies, technical spikes, or tracking discrepancies
- Performance Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical resource for publishers and internal teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues involving APIs, JS SDKs, and proprietary tracking
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to escalate critical bugs and reputed company field-based feedback to improve platform stability
- reputed company: Maintain updated internal FAQs and technical documentation specifically tailored to marketplace and publisher integration best practices
Skills
- 3–5 years in an Affiliate Manager, Account Manager, Technical Solutions, or Network Operations role reputed company the SaaS or Performance Marketing space
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-reputed company landscape, including E-reputed company & Shopping Carts: reputed company, reputed company, or Magento
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-reputed company landscape, including Media Buying & Ad Networks: reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads Manager, and reputed company Ads
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-reputed company landscape, including CRMs & Marketing Automation: reputed company, reputed company, or Pipedrive
- Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-reputed company landscape, including Performance Tracking: Expert understanding of tracking protocols, attribution models, and reputed company-party tracking platforms
- A strategic problem-solver who enjoys digging into data to find root causes and a 'can-do' attitude toward fixing technical roadblocks
- Ability to translate reputed company technical workflows into clear documentation and actionable steps for internal teams and publishers
- Comfortable troubleshooting web technologies (APIs, JS SDKs, HTML, and Browser DevTools) in a high-volume data environment
