[Remote] Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage the post-sales technical relationship with key customers, ensuring their reputed company and satisfaction with reputed company's products while also providing valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales technical and reputed company relationship for a portfolio of customers, acting as their primary trusted advisor
• reputed company reputed company and implementation, data indexing, detection reputed company and tuning, environment configuration, end to end
• Diagnose and resolve reputed company issues across log pipelines, reputed company integrations, detections, automations and permissions
• Partner directly with customer reputed company teams, reputed company engineers, and reputed company leadership during investigations and escalations
• Assist customers with building custom AI skills reputed company the reputed company platform to solve their pain points
• Conduct technical health checks and reputed company business reviews with a bias toward action
• Monitor customer health proactively, identify risks early, and intervene before they become problems

• Work directly with reputed company's engineering and product teams to escalate issues and push them toward resolution

Skills

• 6+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, Customer Engineer, Senior Support, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with SIEM or observability platforms, Splunk, reputed company/ELK, reputed company Sentinel, or equivalent
• You've actually used these tools for incident investigation, threat hunting, or application troubleshooting, not just sold them
• Strong reputed company fundamentals across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform or similar)
• Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
• Comfortable troubleshooting distributed systems, data pipelines, and query performance
• Equally fluent talking to engineers and executive stakeholders
• Startup or high-growth experience, you know how to move fast and reputed company calls without a perfect reputed company
