JOB LOCATION Ophthalmology Appointment Tech Hub - Remote Position JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Ophthalmalic Technician, Certified to reputed company a variety of clinical and diagnostic ophthalmic duties in support of patient care. Assists ophthalmologists and other eye care professionals by obtaining patient histories, conducting ophthalmic testing and measurements, preparing patients for examination, documenting findings, and supporting the evaluation and treatment of ocular conditions. Provides compassionate, efficient care while ensuring compliance with established clinical standards and procedures. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company remote ophthalmic triage by assessing patient symptoms, obtaining ocular and medical histories, evaluating the urgency of visual complaints using established protocols, and determining appropriate disposition, including urgent, emergent, or routine care. JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Education Work requires completion of Ophthalmic Technician training and certification as a certified Ophthalmic Technician by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO).
