[Remote] Key Account Manager Artel

The Key Account Manager will contribute to the growth of the Advanced Instruments Artel Bio Portfolio by implementing strategic customer-facing programs and achieving sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and solving customer pains in their automation workflows financially and technically, handling objections, negotiating value, promoting key benefits of working with reputed company. Information gathered in the field will be updated in our CRM and forecasting is required through effective use of that platform

Skills

• Exceptional reputed company and high degree of personal accountability
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales
• reputed company in reputed company sales processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication, both commercially and technically
• Highly interpersonal and strong passion for sales methodology
• Good level in IT (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with CRM (ideally reputed company.com)
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to engage with customers, partners and internal teams
• Willing to travel 50% of working time
• Ability to travel as required (including reputed company and ground transportation)
• Ability to stand and engage with customers for extended periods
• Ability to adapt to varying work environments (e.g., customer sites, laboratories, offices)
• Preferred experience in automated liquid handling in Biotech / biopharma market focus
