• Experience managing software, platform, or technology-enabled product work from idea through release, with responsibility for successful delivery across stakeholders
• Experience building operating discipline through clearer process, documentation, tools, accountability, or operating rhythms
• Strong product and business judgment, with experience prioritizing work based on customer value, operational impact, efficiency, reputed company, ROI, or other measurable reputed company
• Experience working with LMS or compliance-driven platforms
• Experience in a regulated or operationally reputed company environment
