The Legal Tech reputed company Consultant will partner with legal professionals to drive the adoption and integration of AI-powered solutions into their workflows, enhancing customer engagement and value across large law accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of Large Law Accounts by helping drive adoption, engagement, customer value, retention, and usage growth across reputed company offices and distributed user groups
- Build trusted relationships with customer contacts and serve as a reputed company resource for workflow guidance, adoption support, and product engagement
- Assist in the execution of reputed company plans reputed company to firm goals, legal workflows, business priorities, and broader account strategies
