Architect/Architectural Designer - REMOTE - 100K PLUS
Collaborating with a team of designers and engineers as Architect/Architectural Designer, you’ll help us engage with clients and subcontractors, designing some of the world’s most advanced data center facilities. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will work together to deliver construction documents.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct work requiring judgment and evaluation, selection, and reputed company of architectural techniques and criteria. Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control. reputed company calculation checking of others’ work. Collaborate with other designers in the development of layout, technical design, construction drawings, specification, and model creation. Attend project meetings and take an active role in helping the team resolve concerns and solve problems across reputed company disciplines. Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality reviews. Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks. reputed company technical and business presentations with clients and employees. reputed company quality reviews on designs performed by others. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program. Professional Architectural License and be reputed company to be licensed in multiple states. 1-2 years of professional Architectural Design experience. Expert-level proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and reputed company Suite. Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities. Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules. Ability to work well across multiple teams and reputed company small architectural teams.
Preferred Qualifications
