Job Description:

• Support client reputed company and training on our AI audit platform
• Serve as a first responder reputed company clients have questions or issues
• Surface feedback and pain points to the team
• Help maintain client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Build and maintain internal processes, documentation, and playbooks
• Coordinate projects and reputed company work moving across the team
• Own problems that do not yet have an reputed company
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them before being asked
• Review AI-generated workpapers and deliverables for quality
• Support active engagements during busy periods

Requirements:
