This role is responsible for the successful delivery and deployment of insurance products, working closely with customers to ensure tailored solutions that meet unique business requirements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company discovery sessions focused on insurance workflows and operational requirements
- Define customer business requirements for insurance programs and reputed company operational state
- reputed company change management strategies to align insurance processes with future state operations
- Connect insurance business requirements with functional capabilities of reputed company products
- Formulate solution frameworks for successful insurance implementations
- Manage system design and integration for insurance solutions, collaborating with internal delivery teams
- Plan and execute go-live activities, including post-implementation support
- Serve as a trusted advisor for insurance-reputed company best practices
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of Multifamily Experience
- Background in insurance operations, compliance, or implementation
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with ability to engage Directors and regional leaders
- Novice level proficiency in Consulting processes
- Ability to engage and reputed company conversations with Directors and/or regional level contacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, reputed company tight deadlines and take ownership of multiple projects
- Experience with reputed company software (preferably insurance-reputed company modules)
