Job Summary: We're looking for a talented Case Manager RN to work remotely in Southern Michigan, with occasional travel to the Detroit area (up to 15% of the time). As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive case management activities to promote the overall wellness of our members. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
