[Remote] Account Manager (Creative Services)

The Account Manager will own a portfolio of strategic client accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and driving account health, retention, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts totaling approximately $4M in annual reputed company

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for the overall account and long-term partnership

Skills

  • 7+ years of account management or client services experience reputed company a creative, design, or marketing agency
