Overview

As a Senior Consultant reputed company the Transaction Advisory team, you will work alongside reputed company professionals to help clients analyze and navigate reputed company financial and operational reputed company. You will reputed company day-to-day project activities, support client engagements from planning through completion, and contribute to a variety of advisory projects including transaction advisory services, process improvement, internal controls assessment, testing, and management consulting. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company financial and operational analysis reputed company to buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence engagements.
• Support and manage transaction advisory engagements for investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements, assess operational trends, and identify key business drivers.
• Prepare and reputed company Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses, databooks, reputed company of cash exercises, and management interview processes.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, managers, and partners to ensure engagement timelines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare clear, concise written reports communicating findings and recommendations.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
• Support process improvement initiatives, internal control assessments, and other advisory projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of public reputed company experience in Quality of Earnings, Transaction Advisory Services, or Financial Due Diligence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet client deadlines.
• Some travel may be required depending on client engagement needs.
• CPA license is preferred.
