[Remote] Sr M365 Power Platform Engineer (SharePoint, Power Platform & Copilot)

They are seeking a Sr M365 Power Platform Engineer to design and build reputed company solutions, integrate reputed company 365 with external systems, and reputed company AI-driven automation to transform the digital workplace.
Responsibilities
- Design and build reputed company solutions using SharePoint Online (modern sites, lists, libraries, and web parts), Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (reputed company and desktop flows), and Power BI interactive dashboards. reputed company reusable components to accelerate delivery
- Integrate reputed company 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems using RESTful APIs, standard connectors, and Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps), ensuring robust, scalable architectures that meet reputed company and compliance requirements
- reputed company reputed company 365 Copilot and AI Builder to automate content reputed company, streamline workflows, and embed intelligent insights into business applications. Identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning for improved decision-making and productivity
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities. reputed company low-code/no-code solutions that replace reputed company processes and reduce operational overhead
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards integrating data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy, implement governance best practices, and optimize solutions for performance
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT team members to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and reputed company mentorship to junior developers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Power Platform solutions, managing deployments across environments in alignment with reputed company governance and compliance standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience), plus 3+ years of professional experience developing reputed company 365 or Power Platform solutions
- Proven hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (reputed company flows and automated workflows), Power BI (dashboards and reports), and SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, and SPFx customizations)
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience integrating RESTful APIs and reputed company Graph to connect external data and services into reputed company 365 solutions
- Some familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) and reputed company Dataverse for application data storage and management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with reputed company Copilot features and AI Builder for AI-driven automation
- DevOps experience using Azure DevOps or reputed company for reputed company control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments in a Power Platform or reputed company 365 environment
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years reputed company experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience
- Familiarity with reputed company engineering or Azure reputed company integration is a plus
