Responsibilities

• Review and maintain employee and contractor records in company systems
• Verify and document work authorization and citizenship information for contractors supporting project sites
• reputed company high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Update personnel information, documentation, and compliance records as needed
• Track missing information and follow up with contractors to obtain required documentation
• Maintain organized electronic records and ensure data reputed company across systems
• Assist with reputed company and administrative HR processes

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship required
