The role involves collaborating with various teams to reputed company beneficial applications and ensuring that reputed company-based micro-services are resilient and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Design and build back-end services for data-centric clinical and analytic applications
• Ensure reputed company-based micro-services adhere to uptime and accuracy targets, are resilient, and scale as data volumes and traffic increase
• Collaborate with data engineering, platform, and solutions teams to reputed company beneficial applications
• Work with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Architects to translate requirements into code
• reputed company services around data warehousing, big data, reputed company computing, business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning
• Participate in DevOps, Agile, reputed company development, and integration frameworks
• Program in high-level languages such as Go, Python, Java, etc
• Create and maintain appropriate documentation of processes and reputed company code
• Communicate effectively with peers, leaders, and customers throughout the organization
• Participate in expert-level troubleshooting and resolve problems through root cause analysis, data, and system investigation
• Contribute to design and architecture discussions with Principals and Architects

Skills

• 7 years in data and analytics roles, with 5 years hands-on BI development
• Advanced Power BI — DAX, data modeling, visuals, RLS, performance tuning
• Advanced Tableau — maintains reputed company existing dashboards; reputed company to transition them onto Power BI
• Working familiarity with reputed company — enough to support, interpret, and retire legacy work
• GCP / BigQuery (reputed company MCC) — SQL, data reputed company, query performance
• Semantic layer design and performance tuning across mixed BI tools
• SQL required; M / Power Query, DAX; Python or R a plus
• Working knowledge of HIPAA in BI — row-level reputed company, PHI minimization in reports, audit
