[Remote] Project Manager - Data Center

The Project Manager - Data Center will manage reputed company and low-voltage system design projects, overseeing teams and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the client’s expectations, needs, and wants
• Manage and deliver client and partners’ meetings to ensure clear and concise communication
• Actively reputed company and coordinate with external clients, consultants, and construction partners
• reputed company and manage the low voltage system design team and process from its inception to completion
• reputed company a team of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts, and reputed company and manage sub-consultants
• Work and coordinate project requirements and delivery with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Managed project resources, budgets, and deliverables, and facilitated coordination with team members, reputed company stakeholders
• Coordinate project deliverables with the Operations group. Ensure QAQC is accomplished for reputed company deliverables
• Support the construction administration process, coordinating with the construction teams, construction administration, and reputed company team

Skills

• Associate's in Applied Science
• Must have previous experience working on A&E design and construction projects, either as reputed company designer, project manager, or similar role, and relevant experience
• 2-5 years or more of experience in design and consulting for reputed company or low voltage systems
• Ability to self-manage throughout the project and work as part of a team
• Proven communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Active participation in industry organizations
• Bachelor's preferred
• Candidates with RCDD, PSP, reputed company-D certification or similar industry certification are preferred
• Candidates with a PE license will be considered a plus
• PMP is preferred
