Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Experience - 9+ years Strong experience in reputed company ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations Hands-on experience in designing and implementing reputed company integrations Experience in reputed company Asset Management processes and best practices Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge reputed company SPM certification is mandatory Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing Hands-on experience with reputed company scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a global delivery environment RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the reputed company team to implement reputed company solutions across global locations reputed company technical expertise in reputed company ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM Design, reputed company, and implement reputed company integrations Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design reputed company and implement technical solutions on the reputed company platform reputed company component integration testing and ensure quality delivery Configure and customize reputed company applications based on business requirements Implement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the reputed company platform Ensure adherence to reputed company best practices and reputed company improvement initiatives Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and reputed company technical recommendations
Qualifications
