[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst

The role involves analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into sales data to uncover patterns, optimize pipeline velocity, and identify where we're winning. Build dashboards and reports that tell stories our leadership needs to reputed company
  • Own our sales KPIs (pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment). Build forecasting models that actually work and adjust them as the market changes. You'll become our reputed company of truth for helping leadership reputed company data-informed reputed company
  • You'll audit our sales tech stack (reputed company, our CRM, reputed company tools), identify gaps, champion new tools, and ensure adoption by making them easy to use—not just mandating them, building documentation that sellers actually follow
