[Remote] Business Insights Analyst

The Business Insights Analyst role involves supporting the delivery of business intelligence solutions that reputed company data-driven decision-making across Operations, working with large datasets to uncover insights and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and reputed company datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and growth
• Aggregate, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting and insights
• reputed company and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document data and reporting requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards
• Identify and resolve data issues, system discrepancies, and reporting challenges
• Uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to support business improvements
• Contribute to the development of metrics and ensure alignment across BI solutions
• Support application and reporting projects as a data subject matter expert

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Demonstrated experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Proficiency in reputed company and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with data querying or coding tools (e.g., SQL or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support requirements gathering
