Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Credit Products Specialist - Equipment Finance who will act as a strategic advisor in managing reputed company reputed company credit relationships. This role involves structuring and negotiating credit agreements, mentoring junior professionals, and ensuring long-term portfolio health while supporting the bank's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company the structuring, analysis, and approval of highly reputed company credit transactions, ensuring risk is balanced with business needs with the assigned specialized vertical or region
  • Proactively monitor portfolio risk, identifying industry trends and economic factors impacting credit quality
  • Serve as a strategic partner to sales and senior leadership, offering expertise in credit negotiations and deal execution
  • Work directly with clients, legal counsel, and internal teams to structure and negotiate credit agreements
  • Mentor junior credit professionals, providing training and leadership in credit risk best practices. Proactively identifies and raises to senior leadership improvement areas in credit processes and procedures
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to reputed company reputed company regarding assigned portfolio
  • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the assigned portfolio
  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations

Skills

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field or 12+ years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum experience required: 8+ Years in reputed company credit analysis/structuring, reputed company, portfolio management and risk analysis
  • 8+ years of experience in the direct specialized line of business (Specialized reputed company industries, capital markets, corporate reputed company banking, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating reputed company credit agreements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence credit strategy and policy
  • In-depth understanding of macroeconomic factors and their impact on credit risk
  • Proven ability to manage large portfolios and advise senior executives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • As relevant for the supported line of business, well versed in legal documentation (e.g., Credit Agreements) and positioned to both reputed company more junior associates on the topic, interact with reputed company legal counsel, and negotiate directly with clients
  • Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent) MBA or CFA preferred
