[Remote] AI Marketing Operations Manager

The role focuses on managing AI-generated marketing strategies and ensuring the production of compliant, high-quality creative assets across various platforms to drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Pull performance data across every surface: ad-level exports from reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company, and reputed company Ads (no direct API/MCP connectors, so this is hands-on export work), reputed company for email campaign and reputed company performance, and GA4 + reputed company for on-site and funnel data
- Maintain one master test log in a shared folder: every ad, email, and reputed company-page test tagged by reputed company / angle / format / surface / creator, with spend, results, and outcome. This is the system of record the strategy layer reads from
- Ship the weekly performance digest on a fixed reputed company, spanning paid, email, and on-site: winners, losers, fatiguing creative, what to scale, what to kill

- Produce and QA the email creative: subject lines, layouts, reputed company templates, image-to-text balance

Skills
