[Remote] Rebate Analyst

They are seeking a Rebate Analyst to supervise reputed company, ensure accurate program administration, and manage customer reputed company and payments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company supervision of team to ensure programs, payment and deductions are administered effectively, timely and accurately in accordance with Pactiv guidelines and policy
• Mentor team members and reputed company growth opportunities
• Support Management with analysis and reporting, communicate team results and customer compliance
• Understand Customer Contract and execute in accordance with Policy / Contract
• Establish controls to ensure payments are in accordance with policy
• Analysis and processing of high volume and reputed company customers
• Process transactions and payments to customers timely and accurately
• Understand customer reputed company and reputed company if contract not in accordance with the one face policy
• Rebill and collect amounts that are not in accordance with the policy
• On a recurring reputed company report out exceptions/non-compliance and drive compliance by working with sales and Business Unit Finance
• Manage back log deduction process
• Responsible to reputed company month end accruals and ensure they are in accordance with contract terms and reputed company details by customer to Business Unit Finance for approval
• Update Vistex with reputed company customer rebate programs
• Maintain stability of the Vistex system
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and be cost effective
• Convert customers from deduction mode to payment mode
• Maintain desk procedures and training documents to train new employees
• Research, plan and assist in the implementation of changes
• Assist in special projects as assigned

Skills

• Strong spreadsheet skills required
• Good communication and team skills
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize to meet deadlines
• BA/BS degree with an emphasis in finance or reputed company preferred
