[Remote] Field Service Engineer-CNC

The role involves machine installation, maintenance, and repair, along with building strong customer service relationships and advising on equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience with machine installation, maintenance, and repair
• Creating and updating documentation of technical information
• reputed company ongoing and reputed company special reports pertaining to Service
• Build strong customer service relationships with customers
• Advise reputed company engineers regarding equipment defects, customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvement
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams
• Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook
• Ability to travel 50% of the time to customer sites
• Experience working with FANUC or reputed company NX
