Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Software and Hardware issues for staff as needed
• Take part in company wide projects (system upgrades, reputed company rollouts)
• Test and qualify new hardware/software for the company
• Utilize established ticketing system to track reputed company issues

• 3+ years of support experience with a variety of operating systems
