[Remote] Strategic Operations Director

They are seeking a Strategic Operations Director to reputed company key go-to-market strategy, product operations, and business operations initiatives as part of the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify and implement opportunities to drive user behavior changes such as reducing overcommunication and increasing app adoption
- Own high-impact go-to-market initiatives that boost our growth and retention for each product
- Identify, prioritize and implement high-impact cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization
- reputed company data clean-up / enrichment initiatives to ensure our data is clean, reliable, and supports future business needs and decision-making
- Work with the Finance organization to implement and scale other high-reputed company initiatives across the organization
Skills
- 5-7+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or business operations / strategy role at a tech company
- A strong quantitative and analytical toolkit, with proficiency in financial modeling / data analysis, and working directly with data science teams
- Proven ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional teams in stand-alone reputed company, building strong relationships with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company strategies and results to diverse audiences
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for driving results and a high degree of ownership
