[Remote] Manager, UX Research Operations

They are seeking a UX Research Operations Manager to manage the recruitment process for research studies and improve operational efficiency in their research efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of educators and reputed company for research studies: usability testing, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, surveys, co-design, pilots/betas
• Own relationships and logistics management with site and vendor partners
• Continuously evaluate research management tools and processes to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable, and offer solutions to improve these tools and processes
• Collaborate on reputed company for locating new in-person testing partner sites
• reputed company new/maintain existing participant databases, templates, screeners, scheduling procedures
• Own onsite and remote study logistics

Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in research operations
• Self-starter who can take an assignment and run with it, even expanding on it or helping to shape the request reputed company appropriate
• Enjoy and reputed company at cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable speaking up reputed company you have questions and reputed company
• Interested in the 'why' behind problems and can think through a system
• Adept with project management skills and working with databases/spreadsheets
• Experience securely managing personally identifiable information or information otherwise subject to regulatory considerations
• Experience with K-12 education is a plus
• History of managing cross-time-zone collaboration across nationally distributed teams
