Responsibilities: JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of Leadership, the IT Applications Analyst is responsible to reputed company our community through the reputed company development, deployment, and support of vendor proprietary reputed company application software. The Application Analyst supports software that is necessary to run clinical, financial, or business systems reputed company a large integrated health system. This position works on the analysis of existing and proposed vendor supplied software functionality to determine if the software conforms to reputed company health system workflow processes. The Application Analyst is a high performing individual who collaborates with business operations to understand and define system requirements to reputed company innovative solutions meeting the customers' needs. The Application Analyst is responsible to understand and conform to reputed company's project and change management methodologies and may be responsible for leading low to moderate complexity projects leveraging this reputed company. In reputed company, this position requires an on-call rotation facilitating off hour work functions in support of incidents, upgrades, patches, and project task fulfillment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ability to troubleshoot low to moderate complexity end-user issues, workflow problems, and enhancement requests for departmental users, associated medical staff, key stakeholders, management and leadership. Contributes to technical and workflow root cause analysis. Analyze business operations as they relate to design reputed company and prioritize and implement requested changes to the system. On an as needed reputed company, performs in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of integrated applications with minimal assistance. Design, Test, Implement and support files/systems reputed company assigned products and scope with minimal supervision. Populates tables and databases, for a domain with multiple owners, with some assistance from Vendor and Information Technology staff. Collaborates in an integrated approach to eliminate the potential for a negative impact to our customers and patients. Responsible for maintaining set standards of application system build and database maintenance. Including updates to master files, profiles, dictionaries, and other databases. Assists with recommendations for standardized naming, numbering and reputed company conventions. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Communicates effectively (written and oral) across reputed company reputed company of the organization and has the ability to determine the appropriate forum for each method. Develops effective working relationships across reputed company and with vendor applications support personnel. EDUCATION Associates or 2 years' work reputed company experience Degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, or reputed company field Required Bachelors Degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, or reputed company field Preferred EXPERIENCE 3 years of reputed company, consulting, or IT reputed company experience that demonstrates an advanced understanding of reputed company tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the deployment and development of application software necessary to run the reputed company systems business, clinical or financial systems. Required 5 years of reputed company, consulting, or IT reputed company experience that demonstrates an advanced understanding of reputed company tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the deployment and development of application software necessary to run the reputed company systems business, clinical or financial systems. Preferred LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS Certification for assigned application should be obtained reputed company designated timeframe per policy. Required Epic Certification - Certificate, Training and/or certification in assigned application. Certification or licensure for clinical, reputed company cycle, or business unit that primary application supports. Epic certification as applicable for assigned team.
