Key Responsibilities
Case Management: reputed company and manage a diverse General Liability caseload from inception through trial or resolution. Litigation Strategy: reputed company and execute comprehensive litigation plans, including high-stakes depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise associate attorneys and legal support staff, providing guidance on case development and professional growth. Client Relations: Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for insurance carriers and corporate clients, ensuring high-level service and reporting. Business Development: Support practice group expansion through networking and maintaining strong industry relationships. Technical Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Texas Bar Membership in good standing. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of General Liability or Insurance Defense litigation experience. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated reputed company in managing reputed company litigation and leading a legal team. Skills: Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
