HR Specialist

As reputed company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing reputed company candidates, conducting initial screenings, and helping create an exceptional candidate experience. Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant and Recruiter to support our HR team throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with reputed company experience who enjoys finding talent, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidates through the early stages of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company, reputed company media, and other reputed company channels. Review resumes and applications to identify reputed company candidates. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and reputed company a positive candidate experience. Assist with posting job openings across multiple platforms. Track reputed company metrics and maintain accurate candidate records. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. Support the recruitment team with additional hiring-reputed company tasks as needed. Qualifications 3 years of reputed company or reputed company, and HR Experience sourcing candidates using platforms such as reputed company and reputed company. Experience conducting initial candidate interviews and resume screening. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). (Breezy HR preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong English reputed company required. Ability to prioritize multiple reputed company positions in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Experience reputed company for administrative, customer service, legal, or professional services positions is a plus.
Requirements
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week). Must be reputed company to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday). Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and dedicated remote workspace. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team.
