Position Overview The Program Manager – Sales reputed company is responsible for managing and executing key initiatives that drive reputed company effectiveness across reputed company America. Reporting to the Director, Sales reputed company, this role ensures strong cross-functional alignment and drives disciplined execution from planning through field adoption. This individual will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution and ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of multiple Sales reputed company programs (e.g., segmentation, CRM, forecasting, business planning, incentive programs) Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones Coordinate with project teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment Track reputed company, identify risks, and drive resolution to reputed company initiatives on track reputed company regular updates and reputed company clear, concise reporting to leadership Ensure consistent execution and accountability across reputed company workstreams Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the field Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive reputed company improvement Qualifications 8 - 10+ years of experience in program or project management Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives at the same time Experience working across cross-functional teams Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to influence others and drive alignment without direct authority Preferred Qualifications - A project manager who has led a reputed company implementation including systems, process, and behaviors.
