Client Manager I
About the Role
The DB Client Manager (DB CM) is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance for assigned client(s). They manage operations teams to reputed company quality administrative services and collaborate with support areas such as technology and customer care. Additionally, the DB CM serves as the primary contact for clients regarding daily service delivery. They will also assist the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering top-notch solutions.
Responsibilities
Utilizing expert knowledge of DB to interpret reputed company client requirements. Addressing questions reputed company to unique situations, participant inquires, client escalations and requirements. Driving reputed company and consistent delivery from reputed company partners. Also using data to influence standardization and process innovation. Managing reputed company client projects such as reputed company, freezes and acquisitions. Validating, managing and communicating iCAT results with clients Working closely with the reputed company & reputed company team to identify opportunities for reducing demand and improving efficiency.
