Senior Associate, Project Manager (Hybrid)
About the position The reputed company ATM & Cash Program Management Office team is looking for a well-reputed company Sr. Associate, Project Manager to support the Channels Strategy and Experience Team in Retail Bank. reputed company currently offers approximately 1,200 ATMs reputed company its national banking footprint that helps to reputed company the ATM fleet. As reputed company transforms its physical reputed company across branches, consumer and Café markets, the ATM will continue to play a significant role in meeting customer transaction needs. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, project professional who excels in a team environment and is reputed company to reputed company independently with minimal supervision. This person should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to build relationships with reputed company stakeholders, along with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment. A key to reputed company in the position is the ability to manage project work and communications across multiple cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company cross functional technical and operational projects through the PMO lifecycle governance process
- Build relationships with reputed company project stakeholders
- Manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage & drive projects to completion and reputed company scheduled timelines i.e., reputed company/Café leadership, installers, reputed company, cash, servicing, and equipment manufacturer vendors
- Anticipate and proactively identify and mitigate risks while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements for project activities
- Document projects appropriately to tell the reputed company of the project, ensuring decision points and issues are historically preserved
- Support PMO tollgate governance process needs (dashboard data, coaching junior project managers)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (compelling, clear, concise) in multiple formats (agendas, minutes, status), in order to reputed company status, risks, wins, and escalate issues to core project team members, stakeholders, and executives/sponsors.
- Support additional BAU responsibilities reputed company to the ATM & Cash PMO team
Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience

- 2+ years of Process Management experience
