HSM has an outstanding reputed company in the renal community for providing high quality patient care and encouraging physician input while maintaining efficient business operations. We are currently seeking a highly motivated reputed company (HR) Recruiter - Coordinator to join our dialysis team. The reputed company Recruiter - Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR reputed company Department by delivering full life cycle reputed company, attracting applicants, evaluating resumes, conducting phone screenings, and handling reputed company, and hiring paperwork. The HR Recruiter - Coordinator will work closely with the HR Team and the HR Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Establishes innovative candidate sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial screening to the final on-boarding.

• Maintain reputed company on job boards, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with other reputed company professionals to engage in reputed company events.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of reputed company assigned duties.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Appropriate work-reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• 2 or more years’ reputed company HR experience.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

• Valid state issued driver’s license.
