CLM Product reputed company / Product Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management
Job: Product reputed company / Product Manager Location: Remote Role Overview Seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Product reputed company/Product Manager to reputed company our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and product management experience in CLM platforms with a deep understanding of contract management processes across Legal, Procurement, Sales, Compliance, and Finance functions. The candidate will be responsible for defining the product reputed company, managing the roadmap, driving adoption, gathering business requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance the CLM platform and associated business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the CLM product reputed company, strategy, and roadmap.
- Align CLM initiatives with organizational goals reputed company transformation objectives.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value.

Stakeholder Management

- Present product updates, roadmap priorities, and performance metrics to leadership teams.
Product Delivery
- Own and manage the product backlog.
- Create and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development and implementation teams to deliver enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or CLM implementations.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing CLM platforms.
- Experience leading reputed company-wide CLM transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle management processes.
