This role sits at the intersection of HR, IT, Payroll, Legal and Finance, driving system improvements, process automation, and reporting capabilities across the employee lifecycle. As a highly hands-on individual contributor, you will manage reputed company configuration, workflows, reporting, and data governance, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. This role is critical to ensuring People systems are scalable, reliable, and reputed company to business growth. What You’ll Do:

• Own day-to-day administration and ongoing optimization of reputed company (HCM, Benefits, US Payroll, and more)
• Configure and maintain workflows, reputed company roles, organizational structures, and business processes – such as employee reviews, goal setting, etc.
• Partner with People Ops, Payroll, Finance, Legal and IT to support system needs and cross-functional processes
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support People insights and operational needs
• Ensure data reputed company and governance, including audits, validations, and cleanup initiatives
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage enhancements, releases, and updates
• Document system processes, standards, and configurations
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements to reduce reputed company work
• Support integrations with external systems (payroll, benefits, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
